Sometimes the heads of trolls must be removed in order to restore clothing and give the trolls a thorough cleaning. If the head does not come off on it's own, the vinyl can be softened in the oven to make the job easier! Here is how Penny Brayfield says she did this on two tailed trolls.
Put the trolls on a towel in the oven at 180F for exactly 10 minutes. Set a timer because any longer than this and they are at risk of melting!

Once the 10 minutes is up, the trolls are removed from the oven. The heat from the oven softens the vinyl and the heads pop right off! Now the clothes can be removed and restoration can begin! Simply repeat the process to put the heads back on!
